Deleting specific emails - Microsoft Community


how can delete specific emails in deleted folder? don't want delete emailes, specific ones.

using both office 2016 , 365 versions.

can done automatically? rules?

depending on type of mail account, in deleted folder hover mouse on specific mail, press x icon on msg.

or rt click>delete

the deleted folder should not used msg store

hello, i've problems receiving mails office365 email address. how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
