outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community


i have windows 7 machine installed o365 on. set 2 user accounts 1 me , other wife. oulook works fine can send/receive no problem when log off , logs on cannot send/receive emails. i've checked both setups , they're both alike. had outlook 2003 on same machine before without issues. both @bellsout.net , @comcast.net accounts , said mine works , hers not @ all

based on error message wife getting, account needs reconfigured. since using bell south account need in touch bell south have reconfigured.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
