Outlook 365 for Mac - grey screen in full screen mode - Microsoft Community


i have upgraded sierra , have current outlook 365.  then problem occurred.

outlook mac v 15.29

sierra 10.12.2

when operate in full screen outlook, refuses operate.  reply email greys out , puts down @ bottom.  only way can email not full screen outlook.

brutal problem efficiency in replying hundreds of emails day.  i need full screen outlook.

online posts has been issue since october...

regarding issue, please let know detailed version of outlook mac client , whether on insiders or regular production release. , please provide screenshot of detailed scenario on side.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
