Outlook crashes when sending an email - Microsoft Community


outlook crashes whenever try send email. problem seems affect people try email. can email fine. others (who used able email fine) make outlook crash. 

i tried starting outlook in safe mode , had same problem. emails seem coming in fine.

outlook 2013

windows 7 professional

64-bit

start off repairing office via control panel, if doesn't resolve issue, state type of mail account, pop, imap, hotmail or?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
