Outlook Distribution Lists Failing - Microsoft Community


while able create distribution lists, , find them contacts inclusion in to, cc, etc, distribution list not automatically open. when try send email distribution list message "an unexpected error has occurred".

it allows expanding of dl clicking plus sign, , email send. wont automatically send dl without 1st manually expanding it.

outlook part of office 365 home, on windows 10.

any ideas?

btw: i've tried tricks deleting dl cache, , deleting , recreating new dl etc. makes no difference. simple dl of own email addresses failed expand unless plus sign manually clicked 1st.

  • does problem happen when sending emails groups?
  • when did issue start?
  • did double-check if email addresses in distribution list correct?
  • have tried restarting outlook , pc?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
