Shared Mailbox Account Name for Signatures - Microsoft Community


hi,

i have few shared mailboxes, , need set  separate signatures each account, when changed pc laptop accounts not showing in field select them , attribute signature them.

about description, want confirm if configured separate shared mailbox in outlook client of old pc. if yes, cannot apply signature shared mailbox automatically. if not, please provide information below our better understanding:

  1. the version of outlook used before.
  2. do use same outlook version in pc , new laptop?
  3. did install third-party applications cause option appear in pc?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
