Telstra business mail "mission control" - Microsoft Community

hi all,

this has been bothering me sometime , need bottom of asap.

our business email set through telstra (australia) , opperates through mission control server. updating out office suite office 365, inturn outlook 2016. running our business emails through outlook 2010 exchange. 2 computers sending , recieving same email/exchange , syncs perfectly. when email read, deleted or sent appears on both computers done so.

now, correct me if im wrong exchange works off .ost file (online storage file?)

for reason, cannot set exchange on 2016 outlook .ost, allowing me to setup our emails pop server, using .pst (personal storage file?)

when email opened, deleted or sent off 1 computer doesnot appear done on other computer. im thinking because bith comouters running off seoerate data file. attemoted run both off 1 storage file 2 computers cannot open same data file @ same time.

we need these computers in sync eachother , need able set comouters away home group sync emails.

any appreciated.

thanks

.ost files not sharable, if that's asking, .ost files volatile mirror image of online exchange server mailbox complete folders, files, contacts, calendar, etc..  sole propose give work when offline , unconnected.  can deleted , outlook rebuild next time starts.  exchange server, itself, can no older exchange 2010 since oldest version outlook 2016 work with.  also, outlook 2016 cannot setup manually work exchange server, requires auto account config , exchange server must have autodiscover records associated it.  please see

outlook 2016 , exchange support
