Where is the "Download Link" for downloading the Software - Microsoft Community


hello.  first time asking community if goof please let me know.  thank you.

just spent 2 hours , 49 minutes (between chat window , call microsoft - asked if call me close chat window) , got absolutely no help.  frustrating talk 5 agents, 3 hours straight, , none of them had clue on how help.

does know how obtain link download hup software purchased?  there reference "download link" many places none provided in receipt purchase or anywhere can find.  link provided tiny little executable used doing installation.  purchased office professional plus 2016, project professional 2016 , visio professional 2016.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
