which outlook files to copy from backup to get the "on my - Microsoft Community


i need erase , re-install mac os.   outlook have of messages/tasks/etc on exchange server want able bring messages have stored in "on computer" folder in outlook.    any idea file need retrieve time machine bring onto new mac build?

hi mike,

the database of profileof outlook 2016 mac including on computer folder stored in mac in /users/username/library/group containers/ubf8t346g9.office/outlook/outlook 15 profiles folder. if use time machine outlook mac data, can save profile location above local computer , in new mac build, need copy profile same location of mac, set profile default when open outlook 2016 mac.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community
