Why is my Microsoft Outlook receiving emails from one ISP but not from - Microsoft Community


have 2 email addresses 2 different isps.  microsoft outlook on laptop is receiving emails in inbox for one, not emails bt address, bt yahoo isp.  latter emails arriving inbox in webmail, not in outlook inbox.  can please help?

within outlook, accounts section, select 'bad' mail account , run test account option, error generated?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
