Categories on Calendar - Microsoft Community


i using office 365 running outlook 2016  mac on macbook air.  not able add category calendar event until save it, close , reopen it.  reason category option gray when creating event.  not until closed , reopened become option add category.

this recent problem. maybe in last 2 weeks. not sure update cause change. has seen this?

this issue should fixed. if running build 15.31 or later, , still seeing issue, please let me know. , again found , helped troubleshoot!

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
