recently, brother factory restarted computer due speed , microsoft office isnt working. ask me product key whch lost. office preinstalled , product key came thecomputer.whatt do now?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
