please remove connected account , re-add again after 1 hour check if services temporarily breakdown.
meanwhile, in order identify if issue happens 1 specific account, please try adding account(hotmail or yahoo account) , see if there improvement.
in addition, i’d confirm type of problematic connected account. pop, imap or exchange account? if pop email account internet service provider, please refer
connect email account internet service provider (pop account) part in topic - connect email accounts in outlook on web (office 365) , check if have followed instructions there.
