Outlook 2016 Junk Email Options - Microsoft Community


when go junk email options see it's set no automatic filtering. select 'low: move obvious junk', when open outlook again it's reverted no automatic filtering.

how can stay @ low setting?

we're seeing here have concerns regarding junk email options in outlook 2016 account. have made changes or installed updates prior issue? have tried troubleshooting resolve concern?

in meantime, suggest reconfigure (remove , add) account , see if issue persist.

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
