i having similar issue user unable save pptx file in version 15.31. saved .ppt, , copying out changes previous .pptx version, hard workaround ask users do. 

we date. there other troubleshooting can try?

better understand situation, please share following information:
1. issue happen 1 specific powerpoint document?
2. there error message when file can’t saved? if so, please provide screenshot.
3. copy content of problematic file new pptx file check outcome.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
