Connected Accounts - Office 365 Business Connected accounts issue - Microsoft Community

we have issue office 365 business connected accounts , have 4 accounts connected microsoft subscription, each different provider, being personal web domain, hotmail , yahoo/btinternet.com email.

the 1 having issue yahoo/btinternet.com email account. working fine on year until recently,  we keep getting message  delayed or slow under connected accounts area, there others show ok still. 

when refreshed email come through. 

any ideas on how stop being slow connection / delayed ?

since other accounts different provider show ok , issue occurs on yahoo/btinternet.com account, there might network connection problems third party provider server office 365 mail server.

based on kb5290447, can learn that exchange online synchronizes connected accounts every hour. means messages connected account downloaded outlook web app every hour. currently, there's no method change synchronization interval connected accounts. if there email delay in account, suggest try workaround in article.
