Create or Default Outlook Email Template - Microsoft Community

hi guys

i'm using outlook 2016 in office 365. know can make template can open following couple of steps folder, i'd adjust default template or create new template automatically pops-up when click on new mail. possible? want add name bcc.

clicking new email in outlook , automatically pop-up template you’ve created, not possible. however, can recommend use quick steps features in outlook. alternate options command want perform in application. follow steps below:

    1. open outlook , go quick steps section.

    

     2. double-click create new , create name of template.

     

      3. click drop down arrow beside choose action. 

     

      4. under respond, click new message.

     

      5. click to button , under address book, select contacts.

     

      6. double-click contacts on list added template , click ok.

      

      7. click show options under contacts , click add bcc.

      

       8. create subject of template , copy template that’s created , paste on text box.

    

      9. shortcut command, click drop down arrow beside choose shortcut , click finish.

    

     10. new message should reflect on quick steps section.

    

     11. double-click new message open template automatically.
