importing pst file into outlook in a new email - Microsoft Community


hi, backed 1 email address pst file , imported file new different email address.

which need separate backup create more space in original email address.

1) imported folders show in outlook account not show in imap folders query @ - not under folders not under subscribed folders

2) when try synchronise new email account, lots of error messages suggest isi trying synch old email address not  new email address.

how fix so

1) pst file folders recognised imap folders in new account. if create new folders manually in new email account, not recognised imap folders. set imap account!

2) folders synchronise webmail.

the error code you're getting (800ccc0f-0-0-560) can caused several reasons. in resolving this, kindly try suggestion:

perform clean boot in windows.

this method in removing software conflicts occurs when trying install program or update or when running program in windows 10. for instructions, here's link: how perform clean boot in windows.

note: kindly go through section: "how reset computer start after clean boot troubleshooting" of kb article boot computer in normal startup after fixing issue.

if issue persists, try create new profile , check if issue resolve: how create profile , set e-mail account in outlook.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
