Not opening and saying it couldn't repair itself and exiting. What - Microsoft Community


office word or powerpoint not opening , saying couldn't repair , programe shutting down. do?

  • run winword.exe /a. prevent word loading add-ins. when asked if want open word in safe mode, click on yes.
  • this open word in safe mode. click on file tab , select options.
  • in word options, select add-ins.
  • browse active add-ins one’s think may causing word crash. in case the send bluetooth add-in.
  • click on go manage add-in. uncheck trouble-making add-in , click ok.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
