Outlook 2016 not working with Kerio Outlook Connector (Offline - Microsoft Community


hi everyone,

i'm using outlook 2016 , company uses kerio our business email third party provider. have option of integration whatever os you're using (whether on mobile, tablet or computer) provides mapi exchange server system. 

on windows systems uses add-in called kerio outlook connector (offline edition). download program through integration menu in webmail page , configure profile clicking on link in same page, asking log in , opens command prompt , prepares email settings outlook (port, domain, user details etc) automatically , launches outlook , synchronises inbox accordingly. 

i've installed on desktop running windows 8.1, laptop running windows 10 home , had no issues there. did have problems installing on windows 7 pro though , abandoned hope there. 

i've been trying install on new work laptop windows 10 pro , every time do, program downloads okay when configure either auto profile (as described above) stops responding , automatically closes program no solution , if manually, create profile refuses synchronise inbox! i'm @ complete loss this. 

i approached our email provider suggested reinstalling software i've tried 18 times no avail. i've been trying reinstall outlook can't due way office setup outlook integrated component (plus don't know benefit have). i've disabled firewalls, created rules ports , gone through every solution can think of. presently, in working limited imap desperately need access calendar , tasks functions job , manage teams workloads. 

if can offer advice, i'll eternally grateful! we're small business , our email provider reseller obtains our service third party, therefore has limited support capability. 

had had similar experience kerio , outlook?
