Outlook sync starts from beginning every time - Microsoft Community


have installed office professional plus 2010 64 bit in hp pavillion, windows 10 , outlook starts sync time 2 or 3 time in month. start downloading emails beginning  (total emails 28,000  "4 gb ") tried after closing , reopening. repair outlook, deleted , created mail profile, uninstall , reinstall office problem remains same...?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
