i admin in 200-user firm. due business model purchase office h&b licences , tie these ms live accounts, email address being *** email address removed privacy *** . have stopped receiving mail validation emails. new account register, cannot verify. have checked gateway, nothing hitting us, smtp logs showing absolutely nothing.

to add, have several other domains configured same way, , after doing tests on these domains - emails coming through fine. looks if there kind of block on microsoft side; perhaps if sampledomain.co.uk detected - dont send email. @ possible ? if yes, how can unblocked ?
i have raised ticket support, these guys trying me verified different way, while problem cannot 200 accounts... please help, response welcome !
