today receive emails can't send!!! remain in outbox! , don't know handle it

firstly, suggest refer article try fix issue:

if issue persists, i’d collect following information further troubleshooting:
1. if experiencing issue in outlook client, please log outlook web app office 365 account see if can send emails normally.
2. have sent private message collect email account (no password) further check. link access private message:
https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list
3. issue occur other users in organization?
