My corporate Outlook Office365 account does not work - Microsoft Community


hello,


have issue corporate office 365 account, outlook account since 4-5 days. emails not sync @ all, cannot send or receive any. worked before , not migrated office 365 these days, happened months ago.

please see below message got, when trying logon owa:

we couldn't find mailbox recipient. either don't have mailbox or don't have license assigned.

this particular message strange: owauserhasnomailboxandnolicenseassignedexceptio, said, working few days ago.


seems online account got lost @ microsoft or so. hope not case or can somehow restored.


can me out, how should fixed? need corp. email able work...

hi juraj,

may know whether office 365 admin? if not, please contact office 365 tenant admin check whether account has been assigned exchange online license.
