Outlook not downloading / offline all emails - Microsoft Community


i've massive outlook exchange folder, 37k emails - going 2009.  need keep them, , able search on them etc offline.

i've got new laptop, installed office 2016 pro, set exchange file on outlook.  i've set slider keep emails.  i've closed , reopened.  download last 12 months.  if unslect cache, can see emails, not offline.

please help.
