i have set 365 business account , don't have outlook app , have no way of accessing emails.
in mail settings says, "this user doesn't have exchange online license".
can please help?

based on experience, cause of issue may related these scenarios:
1. office 365 business plan purchased not include exchange online plan.
2. may doesn’t assign right permission email account.
in order know situation, please provide following information:
1. screenshot of error message.
2. office 365 account’s email address. protect privacy, have sent private message collect it. can access private message via link: https://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/privatemessages/list
