Free rooms reply "Tentative" and never accept the meeting - Microsoft Community


we use "add room" button in mtg requests assign conf room mtg. of our o365 conference rooms (when free) accept mtg, while other rooms reply "tentative" , never accept request.

we have checked setup rooms or don't , seem identical. in attached screenshot, you'll see blue rooms tentative reserved mtgs, , green ones have auto-accepted request. 

what info can provide investigate issue? in advance help!

 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
