i cant not log in account on desktop

but can log in on laptop , cell phone...need help

  • which log in referring? outlook account?
  • which outlook using? identify outlook using, check article.

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
