Mac: How to open old e-mails in Microsoft Outlook or olx14messages - Microsoft Community

hi all,

i solely using apple computers , use apple mail standard e-mails. in past, had used microsoft outlook but, unfortunately, no longer able access old e-mails on program (password unknown, password recovery not possible).

now have old e-mails 2010/2011 urgently need. can see them on microsoft outlook mac 2011, version 14.7.1 (although unable open them), , appears stored on macbook air in folder dokumente / microsoft user data / office 2011 identities / main identity / data records / messages / ot / 0b / 0m , typically have file name like, e.g., x00_150556.olk14message.

would of know how can open these old e-mails or olk14messages respectively?

thanks clarification. according information, seems identity database isn't corrupted. understand  can’t recovery password of account. given situation, suggest let administrators of account check if can reset password. if not, let them check if there backup of old emails in server side.
