MS Office Home Outlook 2016 fails to open in my Windows 10 PC. - Microsoft Community


recently outlook has failed open. displays being:

1. "microsoft outlook has stopped working.

2.  "problem caused program stop working correctly. windows close program , notify if solution available".

3. "trying recover information"

4. microsoft outlook has stopped working - close program.

i've also used option of opening outlook in "safe mode" no luck; the profile name shown as "outlook".

i've used control> programs> uninstall selecting microsoft office 365 by using either quick repair or online repair; neither solved problem.

kindly tell me solution solve problem regarding failure to open my outlook 2016.

 btw i've noticed that there button called "install office" in right hand top corner of microsoft office home account!!

did outlook work on pc, if aware of changes or other installs may have done?

does ms utility when run against outlook find critical issues?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
