received message "check temp environment variable"  can not read email attachments.  do?

this issue may happen if there corrupted file outlook. let try resolve issue following steps found here. please note if article word, works outlook.

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
