Outlook 2013 -- Archive manually? - Microsoft Community


once outlook archive file (.pst) has been set up, can items moved file manually via click , drag rather setting archive process via "mailbox cleanup" tab?

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
