Outlook 2013 cannot add email account - Microsoft Community


my outlook 2013 email used have 3 accounts 1 stopped working.

to try remedy deleted account tried reinstall using usual "add account".

nothing have tried seems account interface    outlook. original installation (that stopped working) added automatically automatic set up, encrypted or not encrypted or manual set gets me nowhere. furthest have got fail on sending test email.

would appreciate / answer.

repair ms office via control panel, within ms outlook>account settings>email>new........usually auto setup used.

if fails specify type of mail account adding, , or provider

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
