Outlook for Mac 2016 - I have a message stuck in Outbox - How do I - Microsoft Community


i received calendar invite , accepted , sent response. response went through email continues sit in outbox , outlook has sync errors showing information below.

i  have tried going offline , deleting message along trying move drafts , creates copy in other folder move go online , continues have same error.

any idea when next update available?
update fix have gone out either last week or week insider fast.  if up-to-date week's release (170503) , problem still happening, please go "help" -> "contact support" direct 1:1 support.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
