Outlook.com email not showing - Microsoft Community


for few days, hotmail emails not showing, inbox showing blank. i'm having issue week, android app working app behaving similarly, showing blank inbox. happening on more 1 computer.

hi,

if you're using outlook app , not receiving emails in account, best check first online @ outlook.com validate if there new emails received in account. in cases, outlook.com automatically receives emails receive in account , show in inbox.

if new emails show @ outlook.com, recommend reconnect outlook account outlook app following steps provided on link on how done.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
