Signature Missing On Reply in Outlook 2016 - Microsoft Community

we have come across office 2016 h&b user started having issues signature when replying email. signature shows when replies using buttons main outlook window without issue. issue comes when double-clicks message , opens in pop-out window. when clicks reply in pop-out window signature not populate.

we have tried running quick repair , online repair neither corrected issue. have tried creating new signatures using nothing plain text , still same result. issue started morning.

she running version 1705 (build 8201.2102 click-to-run)
