Outlook 2016 refuses to send email! - Microsoft Community


can receive not send email.  email remains in outbox.  able use aol webmail, want able use outlook. problem outlook not isp or aol mail.  have spent hours on phone service technicians microsoft , aol no avail.  unacceptable!

we appreciate posting query. if have issues sending emails using outlook, issue has settings on email. have similar troubleshooting steps provided by harsha rasquinha on link to resolve issue.

provide update if issue persists.

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
