Please help - my Hotmail account will not receive emails and I need to - Microsoft Community


hi, i’m in absolute **** , need microsoft support please. i’m utterly desperate. launched kickstarter campaign after months of gathering twitter followers , have been locked out of twitter account (because of think hacking incident password changed). hotmail account 1 linked twitter , have sent several confirmation codes , reset info account, upon signing in see outlook account , have no emails in it. can no longer receive emails it. please help. called hotmail helpline, dig sounding third party wanted $100 ‘reset account’. has cost me many precious days of campaign planned launch on twitter. , twitter not send information alternative email address hotmail 1 account ;linked twitter account. please help. please.

to resolve issue, suggest can create alias. additional email uses same inbox, contact list, , account settings hotmail account does. please check this link guide procedure.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
