Unable to Delete Recurring Calendar Events after Migration - Microsoft Community


hi,

at work have migrated our office 365 accounts different formatted addresses.

i have recurring events in calendar previous account need delete. when try , cancel event (i organiser) not able send update , sits in outbox , won't delete event until sends (which never will!!).

any appreciated solve annoying problem.

firstly, i’d confirm whether can send email (for example, can try sending test email current account) successfully. identify whether can send email out. in opinion, better if test send email directly recurring meeting event’s attendees. can isolate whether issue related cancelling recurring meeting event or sending emails.

moreover, have run test , found can cancel recurring event in both outlook client , outlook web app (owa). so, need confirm following information can better you:
1.    did cancel recurring event in outlook client or owa?
2.    for “we have migrated our office 365 accounts different formatted addresses”, can provide more details it? mean original email address (domain) has been changed user@contoso.com user@domain.com?
said recurring event belongs previous account, using changed domain account cancel recurring meeting?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
