an unexpected error has occurred - message when trying to send a group - Microsoft Community


have brand new computer, windows 10 pro 64, brand new office 365 install. imported contacts outlook (from mail) , after creating email groups, cannot send email group. error message "an unexpected error has occurred". need group email working. have solution? have tried several posted solutions/work arounds nothing has worked.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
