Can't select individual emails in Outlook 365 for Mac Inbox to - Microsoft Community

i'm using office 365 home mac. updated outlook ver 1534 (170515), have noticed unable select  & highlight individual emails in inbox list if want drag & drop emails folders or select several emails delete @ once. if attempt click on particular email, doesn't highlight have been able do.

i'm not sure when inbox changed, assuming appearance of inbox changed last update. if not, must have unintentionally changed settings, can't determine ones :)

do mean delete com.microsoft.outlook.plist file? if yes, suggest remove all plist files contain “com.microsoft.outlook.plist” in username/library/containers/com.microsoft.outlook/data/library/preferences based on steps in above post see if issue can resolved.

 

about plist files contain “com.microsoft.outlook.plist”, example,

com.microsoft.outlook.plist.

com.microsoft.outlook.database_daemon.plist.

com.microsoft.outlook.database_utility.plist.

com.microsoft.outlook.office_reminders.plist.

com.microsoft.outlook.syncservicespreferences.plist.

 

if issue still exists, please, exclude if issue caused other program on mac, suggest use safe mode isolate issues mac.
