Can we prevent autocomplete domain-wide? - Microsoft Community


hello all,

i'd ask if there way prevent contact object being autocompleted in outlook across entire domain.

i have external email address contact object in active directory, similar internal user.  when users type in first 3 characters of email address entered , tabbed, gets autocompleted external email address rather internal one, , result, contact object has been receiving emails intended internal user.

that being said, there way can exclude external contact object being autocompleted , searched domainwide?

in outlook, can manage recipients in auto-complete list. please check delete 1 or more suggested recipients in auto-complete list.

a feedback on status of issue highly appreciated.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
