Email automatically Kicking me out - both Outlook & Online - Microsoft Community


running office 365 via outlook on macbook pro , run updates associated office.  currently, can stay logged account when try access mail through outlook on desktop or online. keeps asking me re-enter password

hi dhudie,

isolate whether issue related account’s password since persists both client (outlook mac) , online (outlook web app), recommend change password account , re-sign see if helps.

changing office 365 account’s password should performed admin. can contact admin if not admin.

if issue persists, i’d collect account’s email address further checking. protecting privacy, can provide in private message.

and, after re-enter password, can log it?

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
