error (0x800CCC61)- Cannot send out emails from Outlook 2013 - Microsoft Community


i using frontier communications internet service on desktop using windows 10, , outlook 2013 email verizon.net email address. aol email server being used using outlook emails have been using no problem. 

today, cannot send out emails default email address outlook, can the other verizon email addresses have. strange, huh? checked settings , same each of email addresses. 

called frontier , cannot since aol server emails. called aol , not talk me unless subscribed tech support service 1.99/month, did. after wasting on 2 hours couple reps on phone , chat rep, not figure out do. 

here error message:  

task *** email address removed privacy *** - sending' reported error (0x800ccc61) : 'your outgoing (smtp) e-mail server has reported internal error. if continue receive message, contact server administrator or internet service provider (isp).  server responded: 521 5.2.1 :  service temporarily unavailable.'

been looking online try , figure out, no avail. can please me?  thank you.


 i suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
