In Outlook 2010, when replying to an email message, the font changes - Microsoft Community

although have set reply font normal, font change bold reply text. 

also, when copying , pasting 1 section of email another, again randomly, font change arial 12 times new roman 8 pasted text.

i suspect situation related , started occur on past month or two.

when copying , texting, outlook 2010 set "keep source formatting" should keep source formatting.  occurrence random , when compose multiple emails doing same thing, results seem random.
