My Galaxy A5 (2017) doesn't SYNC with my Outlook 365 - Microsoft Community


i have galaxy a5 (2017) smartphone. 

as not contacts in phone app of device, had forego outlook app , go, instead, samsung mail app.  

i created account there, microsoft eas , syncs pc outlook 365 (mail, calendar, contacts, tasks) galaxy a5.

but galaxy a5 pc outlook not sync @ all. 

nothing. 

only 1 direction: pc outlook 365 »» » galaxy a5 mail. 

can please , tell me how have the sync both ways?

p.s.: outlook android app worked fine , sync ok. 

the problem: phone app of galaxy a5 did not contacts :(

based on description of issue, seems having problem syncing outlook contacts samsung mail app. since have set account exchange account in application, suggest check if sync contacts is enabled.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
