Outlook 2007 with Business Manager Mail Merge - Microsoft Community


i have outlook 2007 business manager.  have office 2007.  i have tried every way mail merge wizard. used mail merge time. here specific problem.

my subcontacts friends, clients, prospects, family not show contacts. can see screen shot. none of subfolders show. if start mail merge outlook, word or publisher. appreciated. oh..i did try expand folders in shot did not happen.

  suspect related ms office outlook , not outlook.com (browser based) posted this.  if correct please either repost in ms office category version have using category tab @ top of page, or move thread there.

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
