outlook, windows 10 and syncing - Microsoft Community


my isp limits storage in online account, delete emails i've downloaded.  imagine surprise when discovered deleting on-line emails deleted emails i'd downloaded.  how can stop this?

Disable one-click archive - Microsoft Community

how disable new feature one-click archive or restore backspace/delete remove email instead of archiving? it's confusing find junk mails in archive folder and annoying find out there no way unbind backspace/delete button archive you can disable backspace shortcut affects using backspace in outlook - backspace work typing won't if click in text , try backspace.
