Outlook.com *** Email address is removed for privacy - Microsoft Community


i have mac , i'm unable sync outlook.com contacts mac contacts app.  it understanding if had office365 email account supported , able sync contacts.

1) true?

2)  if true, possible me convert *** email address removed privacy *** account office365 home user account obtain exchange support mac seems have built in?

hi macoffice365user42,

i configure test outlook.com account via exchange mode on mac mail app, contacts show there after waiting moment server sync.

both outlook.com , office 365 accounts can configured via exchange mode in mac contacts app , contacts synced.

please try configuring outlook.com account via exchange mode in contacts app see if works. if doesn’t work, try removing , re-adding account.

office 365 home doesn’t contain exchange service. if want have exchange service, should use office 365 business. it's not feasible convert *** email address removed privacy *** account office365 business user account.

Sync Error: 800CCC0F-0-0-560 and 8004DF03-0-0-560 - Microsoft Community

hello i know others have posted error, not recently, , not outlook 2016. have imap account. so receiving number of errors in synchronization logs (800ccc0f-0-0-560 , 8004df03-0-0-560). appears draft folder thats causing issue. however, there nothing saved in draft folder in outlook or webmail client. i have talked 4 different microsoft tech support people. have repaired office, repaired pst file, created new outlook data file, turned off antivirus, subscribed/unsubscirbed folders (though cant unsubscribe drafts). any ideas? hi weiss, you may getting errors due permissions in outlook. let's see if changing root folder make difference when syncing mail. follow these steps: open outlook. click on file . go account settings . select account settings . click on change . select more settings . go advanced . enter inbox as root folder path . click ok . restart outlook. let know if steps allow aroun...
