Can't remove email header in MS Outlook for Mac Office 365 - Microsoft Community


i having problems outlook mac (office 365 subscription).  there new feature ms introduced allows content created "header" within email.  when receive email airline dates , times of flights, there immovable header appears on top of email.  this header contains flight information information not scroll in email.  the result small box left can read email contents , scroll information.  i don't need/want header , don't understand why thinks helpful block view of information want see.

can me settings remove "feature"?

Outlook Rules not Running Automatically - Microsoft Community

i have 3 rules in outlook 2013 installation set when email arrives check words in body, subject or header.  the rules not seem run automatically.  when run rules manually seem work fine.  i've had problem quite while.  recently, created new outlook profile did not fix issue.  i went , changed srs file srs.old did not fix either. please provide me suggestions fix. hi neil, in order isolate issue, we'd following information: have made recent changes or applied update device prior issue? which email account using? personal email account or work email account? for initial troubleshooting, suggest deleting rules , create again. this, may refer article below: manage email messages using rules looking forward response.
